I'm a Partner at Freehouse Capital Partners which specializes in acquiring and developing high-performance industrial real estate in the Industrial Heartland.

The last several years of my career have been deep in commercial real estate focusing on acquisitions and development ranging from urban infill multifamily to highly specialized industrial. I maximize tax-advantaged programs to boost ROI and am always searching for niche opportunities in growing markets.

I previously ran portfolio operations for VTF Capital, a $50mm+ venture capital firm investing in the future of retail. I co-founded two startups: SHIFT, a venture-backed transportation company, and Work In Progress, the first co-working space in downtown Las Vegas.

I started my career at Zappos.com and led the LEED Gold development of their new headquarters in downtown Las Vegas. The office has received extensive PR and has been ranked as one of the best and coolest offices in the country.

When I'm not working, I can be found with my wife, kids, and friends exploring.
